It’s so hard to believe that something that old could still be standing. - When I saw the Colosseum in Rome, I marveled at the engineering feat, but I also felt so heavy there. The weight of all the bloodshed there saddened me. It was a strange feeling to be both in awe and so saddened by the same place.
